Welcome to Solo Girl Wanders, owned and operated by SunE Laugh Learning, LLC d/b/a Solo Girl Wanders (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including all pages, content, resources, programs, products, coaching, events, downloads, and services available at or through the Site (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18. If you are under 18, you must be under parental supervision.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, digital downloads, course materials, worksheets, coaching resources, and the Solo Girl Wanders brand — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content;

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without permission;

  • Share purchased materials with others;

  • Remove copyright notices from the content;

  • Claim any content as your own.

Any unauthorized use terminates your permission to use the Site.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using this Site and participating in coaching, trainings, group trips, events, or programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Solo travel, group travel, and travel planning involve inherent risks.

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, travel choices, and personal safety.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

  • Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own actions before, during, and after any trip.

You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of this Site or your participation in any Service.

4. Travel Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching, guidance, tools, frameworks, and resources provided by the Company:

  • Have an additional coaching-specific Terms & Conditions that will apply.

  • Do not replace mental health counseling, medical support, legal advice, or financial planning.

  • Should not be used to diagnose or treat any mental health or medical condition.

  • Are educational and supportive in nature, focused on travel planning, empowerment, and personal development.

If you require medical, psychological, or legal support, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

5. Group Trips & Travel Experiences

If you register for a group trip hosted by Solo Girl Wanders:

  • Additional trip-specific Terms & Conditions will apply.

  • You acknowledge responsibility for securing your own travel insurance, passports, visas, and personal safety.

  • The Company is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party vendors, guides, hotels, transportation companies, or contractors.

  • The Company may remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the group experience.

Payments, refunds, itineraries, and changes are governed by the trip-specific agreement you sign upon booking.

6. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through the Site — including coaching, programs, downloads, products, workshops, or group trips — must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full payment information.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Not make fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Comply with any payment terms or deadlines

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or within a specific product or program agreement:

  • All sales are final.

  • Digital products, workshops, coaching, and downloads are non-refundable.

  • Group trips follow their own separate cancellation and refund policies.

If a product or program has a unique refund policy, that policy will be stated on the sales page and incorporated as part of these Terms.

8. Account Creation

If you create an account on this Site:

  • You must keep your login credentials confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

The Site integrates third-party tools, including:

  • Squarespace (website hosting)

  • Squarespace Payments (payment processing)

  • Flodesk (email marketing)

  • Interact (quizzes)

  • Calendly and zcal (scheduling)

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta Pixel

We are not responsible for:

  • The content or conduct of third parties

  • Availability or performance of third-party platforms

  • Your use of third-party services

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Personal injury, loss, theft, delays, travel incidents, or emotional distress

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Site content

  • Issues arising from third-party vendors or service providers

  • Any decisions or actions you take based on information from the Site

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
